We’re currently experiencing high call volumes. We know this is a busy time for students and we’re sorry you’re having to wait.

Our contact centre has extended their hours. We're open from:

  • Monday 31 March to Friday 4 April, 7am to 7pm
  • Saturday 5 April, 8am to 1pm.
